Gervais Williams joined Miton Group plc in 2011. He manages a number of funds and trusts that aggregate to over £1bn. He is also Senior Executive Director at Miton Group plc. His fund management career extends over 30 years including 17 years at Gartmore Group Ltd, where he was head of UK Small Companies investing in UK smaller companies and Irish equities. Gervais is a member of the AIM Advisory Council, chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance and a board member of The Investment Association. He is also on the EU Taskforce reviewing why the number of smaller IPOs has declined over recent decades. Gervais Williams published his first book 'Slow Finance' in the autumn of 2011, and his second book 'The Future is Small' was published in November 2014. His most recent book 'The Retreat of Globalisation' was published in December 2016.

Martin Turner joined Miton Group plc in May 2011. Martin's career in the City began in 1995 where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. He moved to Rothschild and in time on to Head of Pan European Mid and Small Caps Sales at Merrill Lynch. Following this, Martin was Head of Sales at Teathers/Landsbanki before taking the Head of Small/Mid Cap Equities role covering research, sales and trading at Collins Stewart. Martin graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis.

David Jane joined Miton Group plc in June 2014 and has more than 25 years’ experience in investment management. He founded Darwin Investment Management Ltd in September 2010 and prior to that he was Head of Equities Investments at M&G. David joined M&G in December 2000 as a Fund Manager in the global specialist equity team before becoming Head of Equities investments. Whilst there he was portfolio manager of the M&G Managed Fund and the M&G Cautious Multi Asset Fund, which he launched in February 2007 and grew to over £300 million during his tenure. Prior to M&G, David was the Head of Global Financials Research at AXA Investment Management and before that he was at Newton Investment Management as Director of Global Financials Research. He also served as Non-Executive Director of M&G High Income Investment Trust plc from October 2002 to July 2010. David graduated from Keele University with a B.A. Honours in Economics, Statistics and Operations Research.
David is Fund Manager of the CF Miton Cautious Multi Asset Fund, CF Miton Defensive Multi Asset Fund and the MI Miton Cautious Monthly Income Fund.
Anthony Rayner joined Miton Group plc in June 2014 and has 18 years investment experience. Prior to Miton, Anthony worked for Darwin Investment Management Ltd, analysing portfolio construction and risk for the Darwin Multi Asset Fund alongside David Jane. Prior to this, he worked for M&G, focusing on portfolio construction and risk for UK equity funds and then for the multi asset fund range. Previously, he was a member of the Asset Allocation and Economics team at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Anthony is Fund Manager of the CF Miton Cautious Multi Asset Fund, CF Miton Defensive Multi Asset Fund and the MI Miton Cautious Monthly Income Fund.
Andrew Jackson joined Miton Group plc in June 2016 and became manager of the CF Miton UK Value Opportunities Fund on 1 July 2016. Prior to Miton, Andrew worked at EdenTree Investment Management where he was fund manager of the Ecclesiastical UK Equity Growth Fund from November 2003 until July 2015. During his career he has been responsible for UK and Irish equity investments at Canada Life, managed the specialist UK Small Cap Funds for Lloyds Investment Managers (later Hill Samuel Asset Management) and helped to set up the Smaller Companies Desk at SG Asset Management.
Anthony is Fund Manager of the CF Miton UK Value Opportunities Fund.
Eric Moore joined Miton Group plc in July 2013. Prior to Miton, Eric was a member of the PSigma Income team from May 2010. He began his career at Gartmore where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles, including co-managing the Gartmore UK Growth Fund. In 2005, he moved to Insight Investment as Director of UK Equities where he was responsible for co-managing a combined £5bn of institutional and retail money. Eric holds an MA (Hons.) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, from Trinity College, Oxford and an MSc (Hons.) in Cognitive Science, from the University of Edinburgh. Eric is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Nick Ford joined Miton Group plc in December 2012. Prior to this, he was the Investment Director on the US and Global Desk at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Nick has over 20 years of experience in managing equity funds. His previous roles include co-manager of the Gartmore US Smaller Companies fund, manager of the US Unit Trusts for Sun Alliance and Clerical Medical, as well as working as a member of the small cap team at F&C Asset Management. Nick graduated from the University of Surrey.

Hugh Grieves joined Miton Group plc in January 2013. Prior to this, he worked for Herald Investment where he was responsible for managing the Herald Worldwide Fund. From 2000-2008 he co-managed the technology funds at Societe Generale Asset Management Ltd with Alan Torry and managed the funds from 2008-2009. Prior to that Hugh worked from 1995-2000 in the US smaller companies team at Gartmore. Hugh graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Nick Greenwood joined Miton Group plc following the merger with Exeter Fund Managers in November 2007. He began his career in private client stock broking during the late 1970s. Nick was a founder member of Christows stockbroking operation in 1991. He joined the Christows Investment Trust team setting up their London office in 1995 and became lead manager in November 1997. Nick joined iimia in July 2002; iimia Accelerated was launched in April 2003 and was followed by iimia Investment Trust. Nick became Chief Investment Officer following the merger with Exeter Fund Managers in August 2005.
Nick Greenwood is Fund Manager of both the Miton Global Opportunities plc (formerly Miton Worldwide Growth Investment Trust plc) and the CF Miton Worldwide Opportunities Fund.
Carlos Moreno joined Miton Group plc in August 2015. He has 21 years investment experience in European Equities. He was previously Fund Manager at JO Hambro Capital Management Group where he managed the JO Hambro All Europe Dynamic Growth Fund from March 2011 until January 2015. Prior to this, he worked as Portfolio Manager at Thames River Capital Management managing the Thames River European Dynamic Growth Fund. Carlos started his career at Fidelity Worldwide Investments working as an Equity Analyst with responsibility for analysing European Media, Banks, Drinks, Leisure and Support Service sectors.
Carlos is Fund Manager of the CF Miton European Opportunities Fund.
Thomas Brown joined Miton Group plc in November 2015. He has 16 years investment experience in European Equities. Previously he worked with Carlos Moreno at Thames River Capital where he was an Analyst and Assistant Fund Manager on the Pan-European equities team. Prior to joining Miton, Thomas worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management (UK) where he co-managed the European Value & Momentum Fund from April 2014 until November 2015. Prior to this he was an analyst at Scoggin Capital UK and before that he was Investment Director at the family office, JMH Capital Management.

Jim Wright joined Miton Group plc in January 2017. He has 19 years' investment experience, most recently at the British Steel Pension Fund. There he was the sole manager of its global listed infrastructure portfolio - the Global Duration Equity Portfolio - from its inception in October 2006 to the time of his announced resignation in October 2016. This portfolio represented over 95% of the Fund’s allocation to infrastructure and its success was recognised with a nomination for “Best Use of Infrastructure” at the 2016 Institutional Investor UK & Ireland Awards. He is also a qualified chartered accountant.
Jim is Fund Manager of the CF Miton Global Infrastructure Income Fund.
